PART TIME RESERVATIONS CONSULTANTExemplar Coaches and Limousines is the leading airport transfer company in the Cairns-Port Douglas region. We are the preferred transport provider for the majority of domestic and international agents booking visitors to the region and move upwards of 150,000 passengers per year. We are also the contracted transport operator at the Cairns International Airport.Currently we have a part-time position available for a Reservations Clerk to work in our Craiglie office. RESORT FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/MANAGERWe have an opportunity available to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us in our Front Office Reception on a full-time basis to manage our 60 apartment self-catering resort.The RoleProvide a first point of contact with friendly, personalised customer service when dealing with guests.Processing reservations for accommodation.Assisting guests with check in, explaining the Resort's facilities and location, check out and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.Pre arrival inspections.Cleaning staff, linen and general room maintenance management.This role is varied and can encompass many additional responsibilities throughout the day.
