This is an opportunity to work in a tropical paradise.The Port Douglas Yacht Club is a famous long-term establishment with the only waterfront beer garden in Port Douglas. Our club offers full bar facilities, including the coldest beer in Port, and a restaurant known for our emphasis on quality, fresh, local food to produce mouthwatering meals at Yacht Club prices. We also engage and work with some of the best live musicians in Port Douglas.We are seeking an experiences and proactive Club Manager who can help us take our establishment to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior bar or club/hotel management, with experience in budget management and POS systems. They should be hands-on, skilled communicators with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities, always striving to maintain a safe and fun environment for all patrons.The successful candidate should be a self-starter, eager to take on new challenges and help the Club move forward. They should be able to provide monthly written update to the Club's management committee with proposals to increase patronage and profitability.
