PART TIME STAFFThe Port Douglas Licensed Post Office is looking for a part time staffer to join our close knit team as a Retail Assistant Level 2. This is a permanent part time position for 15 hours per week plus Saturdays on a rotating cycle, as well as holiday covers.You will be trained in all facets of the business and will be asked to always be there to support the other members of our team.We are looking for a person who is a team player with• Some retail experience with a customer service orientation• A desire and capacity to learn on the job• Computer literacy• Honesty and reliability• A friendly and pleasant disposition• There is some heavy lifting involved in the delivery of parcelsThe General Retail Award conditions will apply with an immediate start. There will be a 3 month probation period. Superannuation is paid at the Statutory Rate.
