Reporting to the Group General Manager, responsibilities will include:* Staff Management: managing, motivating and on-going training of bar, food and kitchen staff* Customer Service: superior customer service skills; acting as a meet and greet to all customers using our bar, food and gaming facilities*Strong food and beverage knowledge and skill: substantial experience in all aspects of beverage making and presentation (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, coffees, juices, smoothies), bar set-up and cleanliness, and substantial experience with coordinating food floor staff and working harmoniously with the kitchen team* Ambience: setting up of hotel for day and night trade to create an environment that people want to be in and feel comfortable (e.g. furniture layout, light levels, music volume, fans/ac etc)* Administration: cash/till handling including administering floats* Liaison/Coordinator of Entertainment & Security: liaising with live entertainers and managing sport/events televised on big screen and liaising and assisting with security and crowd controlIf you describe yourself as motivated, enthusiastic and have a keen eye for detail and like to lead by example, then we'd love to hear from you.Must have RSA and RCG.Resumes to our Group General Manager Robert De Carlo [email protected]
