BEVERAGE & EVENTS ATTENDANT
Palmer Sea Reef Golf Course is Australia's premier tropical links golf course.
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic Beverage & Events Attendant to become an integral member of our Food and Beverage Team.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment, servicing new, and regular customer bases and will be required to ensure the high standards of our facilities are upheld at all times with a friendly and professional approach.
The successful applicant will be a motivated, confident individual able to perform under pressure.
Criteria: Strong communication skills both written and oral. Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. Uncompromising attitude towards high quality, presentation and safety.
This is a casual position on a 7 day roster, flexibility is essential, and staff will be required to work to the needs of the business, including weekends.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Casual: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 3pm (negotiable)
Award Wage
Experience with accounting software preferred (e.g. Xero)
Computer skills essential
Mechanical knowledge will be taught
Duties & Expectations:
Daily invoicing and quotes
Phone and in person customer service for bookings & queries
Managing payments
Stock control; ordering, receiving, returns and coordinating with suppliers
Administration assistance to daily operation of mechanical workshop and staff
Occasionally required to run the reception independently
Complete basic cleaning duties
All the above is managed electronically, hence computer skills essential
Attitude & Skills:
Willing to learn and follow instructions, regardless of experience
Able to handle working within a fast-paced working environment
Ability to show initiative; working well unsupervised and as a member of the team.
Must demonstrate attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong customer service skills
Can be flexible and handle disruptions to routine
