FARM LABOURERMainStream Aquaculture Queensland is a rapidly growing aquaculture business that produces premium and sustainably farmed Barramundi in the Cassowary Coast and Douglas Shire regions. We currently have exciting opportunities available for farm labourers to join our dedicated team at our Port Douglas farm. We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate candidates with the ability to handle a diverse fast paced workload. You will work closely with the management and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all aspects of daily production and dispatch operations of our farm fresh Barramundi.Key Responsibilities:• Operation and general maintenance of farm plant and equipment, including the completion of necessary checklists.• Be part of a team environment and work independently when required.• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Food Safety and Workplace Health & Safety Systems ensuring a high standard of operation.• Ensuring that our product is processed in compliance with the Food Safety Standards and completion of the necessary safety checklists.• Participating in the weekend and on-call rosters; being flexible with duties and hours of work.
