Bay Villas Resort is currently searching for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join their friendly team 5 days a week or be split between two individuals. Experience not a necessity. Full training can be provided to the right person.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Perform accurate and efficient guest check-in, check-outs and accurate credit card, cash handling and postings .
• Maintaining guest accounts
• Telephone reservations and dealing with different internet distribution channels.

The majority of Inbound Tour Operators and agents prefer to use our services above others. We also service many local hotels in Port Douglas, Palm Cove and Cairns and the general public.

It is company policy to have a narrow and expert focus on airport transfers only. Exemplar is not distracted with local town shuttles and the personal life disruption that has for drivers. Our drivers can plan their lives around work with set weekly rosters and daily manifests received by 5pm the day before work. Our head office and depot is located in Craiglie, as such, we currently seek airport transfer drivers who reside in the Port Douglas and Mossman area. These positions are part time permanent with extended hours up to fulltime equivalent if required. All superannuation and entitlements apply as per the National Employment Standards.
