• Ensure exceptional service is delivered to members & guests at all times, • Assist in day-to-day golf operation • A willingness to be part of a team environment • Thinking outside the box and problem solving • Assisting with golf competitions and clubhouse events • Upholding operation policies and procedures

Currently, we have a position available for a reservations consultant in our busy Craiglie office. This role entails taking bookings via email, the internet and over the phone. As such, we need someone who is friendly with a cheerful demeanour, is an excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail attributes, is highly organised, a logical thinker with sound reasoning skills and enjoys working as part of a busy team structure. Competent computer skills are essential.

This is a part time position role with hours 3-4 days per week negotiable. Pay is above the award rate and 12% superannuation is part of the pay package in accordance with the Fair Pay Commission. We operate 365 days per year, as such, weekend and public holiday work is essential. Previous experience in the tourism sector is an advantage but not essential. All employees receive initial competency based training and ongoing training. Further professional development is on offer if requested.
