It is a self-managed gated estate consisting of 47 residential lots set amongst lush parkland.The Owner’s Management Committee is seeking the services of a contractor to undertake the functions of a part-time contract manager/caretaker, with key responsibilities including -• Oversee the regular maintenance of the estate’s common areas, including reticulation, mowing of verge lawns and park areas, clearing of roadways and footpaths, cleaning of side beach access path, rain forest park area, treatment and maintenance of timber walkways, tree removal in liaison with arborists and lighting in the entrance and throughout the estate, obtaining quotes and engaging subcontractors as required with the approval of the Management Committee.• Ensure regular maintenance and delivery of property services provided by the corporate body to each lot (metred water supplies, sewerage and drainage infrastructure, television reception devices)• Maintain the main entry/exit gates and 4 other pedestrian gates to operate effectively at all times and ensure only authorized persons access the estate.Maintain surveillance cameras at each entry gate.
