We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands on Receptionist / All-Rounder to join our team across The White House and Balboa Holiday Apartments in Port Douglas.
This is a great opportunity for a local looking for a stable, long-term role who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering great guest experiences.
About the Role:
This is not your typical desk-only role, you’ll be a key part of the day to day running of both properties.
Duties include:
• Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Responding to guest enquiries (phone, email & in person)
• Assisting with bookings and admin
• Light housekeeping coordination / checks
• General property support and problem-solving

• Cleaning and preparing holiday apartments to a high standard
• Working across both properties
• Weekend work is essential (flexible roster available)
• Casual position with consistent hours available
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has previous cleaning experience (holiday accommodation experience highly regarded)
• Has a strong eye for detail
• Is reliable and punctual
• Takes pride in presenting apartments beautifully
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is based locally (or close by)
