Your Role: You will provide specialised paralegal and administrative support to solicitors in our firm. Your work will include:
Supporting clients with their queries and their paperwork
Making appointments with clients, preparing, sending and processing client retainer agreements
Assisting with billing procedures
Word processing, creating and editing documents using the firm's LEAP practice management software
Liaising with other law firms and third parties
Using the firm's date diary and file bring-up systems
File opening and file archiving
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

Attention to detail and pride in work related tasks
Excellent organisational skills
Intention to be of the best service you can to work colleagues, clients and anyone you come into contact with
Work collaboratively
This role is being offered as a Casual Position, 2-3 days per week with possible additional periods.
