Your Role: You will provide specialised paralegal and administrative support to solicitors in our firm. Your work will include:

• Supporting clients with their queries and their paperwork

• Making appointments with clients, preparing, sending and processing client retainer agreements

• Assisting with billing procedures

• Word processing, creating and editing documents using the firm's LEAP practice management software

• Liaising with other law firms and third parties

• Using the firm's date diary and file bring-up systems

• File opening and file archiving

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
