These positions are permanent part time positions with extended hours if required.All leave is pro rata.To be part of our professional team you must be friendly, people focused, flexible with your hours, well groomed, reliable and demonstrate a keen work ethic.Training is provided.You must demonstrate a safe driving record and it is mandatory to hold a current Driver's License (LR min) and Qld Driver's Authorisation (DA).Please note that drivers must hold these mandatory qualifications before applying.Backpackers need not apply.

SOUS CHEF - FULL TIMEPort Douglas Seafood restaurant, Wrasse & Roe is looking for an experienced, professional Sous Chef to come & join the team. We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic, punctual & reliable.Applicants will need to have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.The successful applicant will be able to manage a small team of 7 in the Head Chef's absence & be supportive whilst on shifts. A calm, assertive manner whilst at work & during peak service times is essential in our open kitchen while maintaining our high standards with our focus on quality over quantity.
