Position (1) Pool Services/Maintenance Technician

Experience will be highly regarded but not required as all on-site training will be provided for the right person by our experienced, dedicated & friendly team.

Key Responsibilities include: Cleaning of Swimming Pools & Spas in Residential & Commercial environments Water Testing & Addition of Chemicals Electronic Water Quality Testing Reports Preparation of Daily Service Reports Observe & Report Pool Equipment Issues

Must have a current QLD driver's licence, take pride in your work, have a high level of attention to detail, great customer service communication skills, plus the ability to work independently outdoors, we would like to hear from you.

Position (2) Pool Services/Maintenance Team Leader

As our Pool Services/Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality Customer Service, Technical Pool Maintenance and Energy Efficient Heating Solutions to our Clients. This is a hands-on Leadership role combining Fieldwork with Customer Engagement, Quoting & Team Co-ordination. The ideal Candidate will be experienced in the Pool Services/Maintenance Industry.

Key Responsibilities include: Manage inbound queries and provide expert advice on Service, Repairs, Heating Options and Pool Products. Prepare accurate, timely quotes for New Systems, Upgrades or Maintenance work. Identify and recommend the best option for our Clients Pool Equipment and Supplies. Ensure a Positive Customer experience that reflects Professionalism and Integrity.

Must have a current QLD driver's licence, take pride in your work, have a high level of attention to detail, great customer service and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to work with a team of technicians, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• A current and clean Queensland driver’s licence

• A current Driver’s Authority

• A valid ABN

• Availability for early mornings and/or late nights

• Availability to work weekends (3 to 5 days per week)
