RESORT FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/MANAGERWe have an opportunity available to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us in our Front Office Reception on a full-time basis to manage our 60 apartment self-catering resort.The Role• Provide a first point of contact with friendly, personalised customer service when dealing with guests.• Processing reservations for accommodation.• Assisting guests with check-in, explaining the Resort's facilities and location, check-out and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.• Pre-arrival inspections.• Cleaning staff, linen and general room maintenance management.• This role is varied and can encompass many additional responsibilities throughout the day.
