As the front office receptionist, your role is to create a welcoming and friendly environment for both visitors and staff. Duties include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering guest enquires, and supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a front desk role and possess strong organizational skills.

We are a family run business operating since 1993, with the majority of Inbound Tour Operators and agents preferring to use our services above others. It is company policy to have a narrow and expert focus on airport transfers only. Our drivers can plan their lives around work with set weekly rosters and daily manifests received by 5pm the day before work. Our head office and depot is located in Craiglie, but we also have a team located in Cairns. These positions are part time permanent with extended hours up to fulltime equivalent if required. All superannuation and entitlements apply as per the National Employment Standards.
