Star Resorts is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Area Lead Star to oversee housekeeping operations across our Port Douglas properties. We use the title Area Lead, reflecting our hands-on leadership style. In many larger hotels this role would be equivalent to a Housekeeping Manager, Head Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper.
This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring our apartments and resort spaces are presented to the highest standards while supporting and developing our housekeeping team.
The Housekeeping Area Lead will work closely with our Operations Manager and housekeeping stars to ensure the daily housekeeping operation runs smoothly across our properties.
