MEDICAL CENTRE NURSE
Port Village and Mossman Medical Centres are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly and professional team across our two well-established medical centres.
This part-time role (up to 30 hours per week) offers a dynamic working environment with a strong focus on team collaboration, patient-centred care, and professional autonomy.

Roster Details:
• Shifts vary between 7–8.5 hours at either Centre, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am–5:30pm
• Flexibility to cover staff leave (personal and annual)
• Availability during school holidays and for occasional weekend work if required
Key Responsibilities: As a valued Practice Nurse, your role will cover all facets of General Practice Nursing including but not limited to:
• Triage and acute patient care
• Immunisations (children and adults)
• Wound care and assisting with minor procedures
• Conducting diagnostic tests (ECG, Spirometry, Audiometry)
• Chronic disease management and health assessments
• Infection control and cold chain management
• Providing patient education and support
• Stock maintenance and ordering
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in all aspects of nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
