HOTEL RECEPTIONISTSilkari The Pavilions is looking for a hotel receptionist to work on a casual basis (approx. 3 days per week)Job Tasks and responsibilities:• Check-in and check-out guests,• Answer incoming calls and attend to guest queries,• Enter data into system and balance at the end of each shift,• Issue room keys to guests and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality,• Provide friendly, personalised customer service at all times,• Recommend restaurants and places of interest according to guests needs,• Ensure the smooth running of the reception desk,• Other varied hotel administration tasksSkills and Experience:To succeed in this role you will need to be customer focused. As an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service you will possess:• High attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment, as well as independently,• Strong customer focus, a friendly and polite personality,• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week,• A strong work ethic, energetic, a quick learner and, excellent personal presentation,• Be an excellent communicator,• Hotel Reception experience an advantage but not a prerequisite. CABINETMAKER DESIGNER DETAILERSkills Required;• CABINET MAKER TRADE QUALIFIED FOR DESIGNER / DETAILER.• Site Measure to factory processing of jobs.• Well presented and confident to speak to clients with designing and planning / colour selection etc.• Good computer skills a must, no experience in specific software required, training will be provided.• Confident and experienced using a panel saw homage CNC and edge bander.• Be able to read and interpret drawings.• Be able to prepare cabinetry components including the drilling of doors, adjustable shelving & soft closing drawers for assembly• Install hardware to furnishings, such as handles and hinges• Set up and operate all wood working power tools.• Experience onsite in installation of Kitchens, Vanities, Wardrobes.Personal Requirements;• Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy.• Honest, reliable and with a sound work ethic• Able to work independently & as part of a team• Good communication skills• Good Personal Presentation.• Contributes to the success of the team and helps others when needed.• Must be reliable and trustworthy with a 'can do' attitude• Overtime weekdays & Saturday Mornings, During busy times.About us;• Modern Clean & Organised workshop.• CNC Machine / Modern edgebander.• CAD workshop Drawings & Designs.If you think that you are the right person for the role and have the necessary skills and attributes, please send resume to: [email protected] or Call 0437732286 Applications will be kept confidential.
