FULL-TIME POOL TECHNICIAN

We are looking for someone to join our team as a mobile pool and spa service technician.

Nublu Pool and Spa Care has been providing commercial and residential pool services to the area for over 10years. This position is for a full-time pool cleaner and with training provided, previous experience is not required.

SITE SUPERVISOR

Commercial Property Services and Keir Qld are looking for a Site Supervisor to deliver Construction Projects in the Port Douglas Region. This role will ensure effective quality supervision, co-ordination and attention to detail. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure quality standards meet client expectations. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership and management skills.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Construction industry

Lead and support the site team

Ensure timely delivery of projects

Manage and coordinate trade contractor works

Monitoring safety requirements on-site

Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors

Ability to assess deliverables against set construction program

Excellent communication skills and be able to produce precise written works

Excellent planning and prioritising ability

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have qualifications in carpentry or shop fitting, in addition to experience in maintenance, commercial fit-outs and small construction projects. Demonstrated knowledge across the industry, including relevant safety requirements, current practices, and legislation will be key. Qualifications in Project Management will be looked upon favourably. You will be outcome driven, self-motivated and demonstrate great attention to detail.
