FRONT DESK / SALES ADMINISTRATION

Raine & Horne are well respected, leading Real Estate agency within the Douglas Shire and we are in search of a new star to join our team as a front desk/sales administrator.

The is a dynamic role which consists of assisting the Sales Team with the preparation of the required paperwork for listing and selling property and administering the paperwork through our CRM system and Trust Account System.

You will be first point of contact for clients into the office and phone calls.

The role also requires sound knowledge and understanding of social media and digital marketing. Knowledge of CANVA would be an asset.

You will love this job if you are self disciplined with your time management and you have strong administration skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products

We are looking for a great communicator within a team and on the phone and a strong work ethic is essential with a genuine interest in Real Estate and Marketing.

Position is Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm and occasional Saturday mornings to attend Auctions.

CASUAL ON-CALL TRANSFER STAFF

Community Funerals is seeking staff to be available on weeknights (4pm-8am) and at weekends (24hrs) to assist with the transfer of deceased persons. Full training will be provided.

Staff are rostered on-call one week in three and can usually fit this work around a regular weekday job. You will be paid a daily on-call allowance and a generous $300.00 minimum call out payment. The applicant needs to have a full drivers licence, be well groomed, ability to work as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, physical fitness, willingness to work outside regular business hours and a compassionate and caring attitude.
