APPRENTICE CABINETMAKERM & R Kitchens have a position available for an Apprentice Cabinetmaker in their Craiglie Factory.If you would like a future as a cabinetmaker learning from the ground up to assemble Cabinets that have been precut, bored and edged by the latest Italian CNC machinery, includes building Ply Kick Boards, MDF Head Boards, Laminating, Custom built one off detailed Joinery items and some Site Installation of Kitchens and Joinery, there is an opportunity here to learn the trade.Training will be provided by skilled tradespeople on the Factory Floor and at Cairns Tafe in house and at Craiglie.After completing your apprenticeship there are opportunities ranging from working in the Factory Assembling Cabinets, Operating CNC Machinery, Installing on Site or working in the Office in Production Planning (Cutlisting Kitchens on the computer) or drafting Kitchens Plans and Selling Kitchens as part of the Sales Team.

HEAD CHEF/KITCHEN MANAGER$71-80kDuties include;Order ingredients and engage directly with suppliers to ensure ingredient purchases are within budget.Hiring kitchen staffManaging the kitchen inventory and liaising with the establishment owner.
