WEATHER WATCH: Chance of cyclone on rise, but heavy rain likely to be main threat

There is a 45 per cent chance of a monsoonal low currently sitting north of Willis Island off the coast of Port Douglas turning into a cyclone by Friday night, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.

WEATHER WATCH: Tropical low intensifying as it slowly moves towards coast south of Cairns

Port Douglas’s Four Mile Beach and Mossman Gorge have been closed to the public as a slow-moving tropical low gradually works its way towards the Far North Queensland coast.

The Role We’re on the lookout for a new team member to join our landscape maintenance crew. Experience is a bonus, but attitude and being a good fit for the team are just as important. You’ll be working alongside an experienced crew carrying out landscape maintenance and related tasks (as outlined above), with plenty of opportunity to learn along the way.

What We’re Looking For Qualifications or experience in horticulture or landscaping are great, but we’re mainly looking for someone who:
