HOTEL RECEPTIONIST FRONT DESKBay Villas Resort is currently searching for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join their friendly team 3 days a week. Experience not a necessity. Full training can be provided to the right person.The duties and responsibilities will include:• Perform accurate and efficient guest check-in, check-outs and accurate creditcard, cash handling and postings .• Maintaining guest accounts• Telephone reservations and dealing with different internet distribution channels.• A professional and welcoming phone manner• Assisting with all guest enquiries, including tours• Overseeing daily housekeeping team

RESERVATIONS CONSULTANTExemplar’s main depot is located in Craiglie and we currently seek a part time reservations consultant/clerk for 3-4 days per week.This role demands someone who is friendly, has excellent communication skills including a polite and helpful phone manner with proven customer service skills.You must be reliable with excellent work ethic and be comfortable working in a close team setting. Basic computer skills are required with MS Word and Outlook proficiency. Some weekend work and public holiday worked is required.Training is provided at onboarding.Our office hours are 09.00am to 05.00pm daily.Rosters are negotiable.
